How to order
When you see a product you like simply type in the quantity you wish to buy
and click the 'Buy' button.
You can view 'Your Basket' at any time by clicking the 'Basket' button at
the top of the page.
Your Basket page:
You can remove items from your basket by entering a quantity of '0' next
to the product and clicking the 'Update' button.
You can change the quantity of each product. Remember to click the 'Update'
button.
When you have finished shopping click the 'Place secure order' button.
How to pay
Enter the invoice and delivery details.
Choose how you would like to pay. We accept .
Your details will be kept safe and secure using World Pay's secure payment
system.
Check your order details.
Click the 'Go to secure payment' button to continue.
You will be taken to a secure payment
page. Check your order and enter payment details.
Enter you credit or debit card details. We accept American Express, Maestro,
Mastercard, Solo and Visa.
Click the 'Complete order' button to complete the transaction.
Delivery
There will be an additional charge of £3.50 per delivery for orders within
the UK mainland.

Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of receipt Monday to Friday
during business hours of 9am to 5pm.

Returns policy
If you want to return a product simply send the unused product back to us
in the original packaging to:

If you have a complaint about our services or products please contact Customer

will endeavour to resolve the dispute within 30 days, keeping you informed
along the way.
